As the year comes to a close, I’d like to thank Quantum Rehab. No, seriously. From the many events to all the new opportunities, this is a heartfelt thank you. I know it’s not necessary, but I honestly couldn’t do what I do without the support of the people who made these electric wheelchair dreams possible. I know what we do as Brand Ambassadors is a team effort, but each person brings their own magic.
I’ve had 4 Quantum electric wheelchairs. But the ones with iLevel technology have honestly been the ones that changed everything. I learned my voice matters. I have learned that my experiences on video are the things that people notice. Pictures are a snapshot. Videos make people think- and go “ya know? I never thought this was such a big deal, because I’ve always done it at a seated position. Like? Apple picking. I picked my own apples for the first time a few years ago.

My designs mean everything in the world to me. And my designer is that, and my FRIEND. Someone that I look up to, and want to emulate. I watch how to interact with people from him, and learn, yup, things can be worked out. And go for EVERYTHING and figure it out later…what’s the worst that can happen? Like seriously, think about that. Do we really need to worry about the small stuff? It’s all small stuff. And without him, I don’t think I’d have had the confidence to try and get all the autographs I have. It helps that my Quantum power chair is the coolest thing this side of the rink. No one ever asks why.
And to think that I turned what could have been a bad situation when my seats at the hockey game turned to be inaccessible? My friend Peggy, says, see if you can get Tom Stillman help you get an autograph with Jordan Binnington? I thought, why not? And it happened, because I had the confidence of iLevel, an amazing design, and a dream. I could not have done any of this without the confidence and technology in my Quantum Rehab Stretto power chair. Bring on 2026.
